Charlie Israel learned early on to appreciate nature. Growing up on his grandfather’s cattle farm, it was natural for him to develop a deep respect for the land.

After college, Charlie worked on a cutting horse ranch in Texas before coming home to Alabama to work in the family business and raise his five children. But over time, he felt compelled to reconnect with the land and became an advocate for conservation. Charlie soon established the Outdoor Investment Company to help others find their dream property and understand why it makes a good investment.

He also wanted only the best land available. Land blessed with natural beauty. Land with water. Land with old trees. Land surrounded by beautiful land.

He wanted to provide the opportunity to pursue solitude. Family time. Recreation. All away from the city.

Since creating Outdoor Investment Co. with these goals in mind, Charlie has had the pleasure of helping countless investors enjoy their pursuits while watching their investments grow. The company includes R.T. Lee and Chas Pell who Charlie trained to help find the perfect fit for every person that takes the time to contact us.
